32. Now the whole group of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one claimed private ownership of any possessions, but everything they owned was held in common.

33. With great power the apostles gave their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all.

34. There was not a needy person among them, for as many as owned lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold.

35. They laid it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to each as any had need.

36. There was a Levite, a native of Cyprus, Joseph, to whom the apostles gave the name Barnabas (which means “son of encouragement”).

37. He sold a field that belonged to him, then brought the money, and laid it at the apostles’ feet.

32. विश्वासियों का यह समूचा दल एक मन और एक तन था। कोई भी यह नहीं कहता था कि उसकी कोई भी वस्तु उसकी अपनी है। उनके पास जो कुछ होता, उस सब कुछ को वे बाँट लेते थे।

33. और वे प्रेरित समूची शक्ति के साथ प्रभु यीशु के फिर से जी उठने की साक्षी दिया करते थे। परमेश्वर का महान वरदान उन सब पर बना रहता।

34. उस दल में से किसी को भी कोई कमी नहीं थी। क्योंकि जिस किसी के पास खेत या घर होते, वे उन्हें बेच दिया करते थे और उससे जो धन मिलता, उसे लाकर

35. प्रेरितों के चरणों में रख देते और जिसको जितनी आवश्यकता होती, उसे उतना धन दे दिया जाता था।

36. उदाहरण के लिये यूसुफ नाम का, साइप्रस में पैदा हुआ, एक लेवी था जिसे प्रेरित बरनाबास (अर्थात चैन का पुत्र) भी कहा करते थे।

37. उसने एक खेत बेच दिया जिसका वह मालिक था और उस धन को लाकर प्रेरितों के चरणों पर रख दिया।

32. വിശ്വസിച്ചവരുടെ കൂട്ടം ഏകഹൃദയവും ഏകമനസ്സും ഉള്ളവരായിരുന്നു; തനിക്കുള്ളതു ഒന്നും സ്വന്തം എന്നു ആരും പറഞ്ഞില്ല;

33. സകലവും അവർക്കു പൊതുവായിരുന്നു. അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാർ മഹാശക്തിയോടെ കർത്താവായ യേശുവിന്റെ പുനരുത്ഥാനത്തിനു സാക്ഷ്യം പറഞ്ഞുവന്നു; എല്ലാവർക്കും ധാരാളം കൃപ ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു.

34. മുട്ടുള്ളവർ ആരും അവരിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല; നിലങ്ങളുടെയോ വീടുകളുടെയോ ഉടമസ്ഥന്മാരായവർ ഒക്കെയും അവയെ വിറ്റു വില കൊണ്ടു വന്നു

35. അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരുടെ കാൽക്കൽ വെക്കും; പിന്നെ ഓരോരുത്തന്നു അവനവന്റെ ആവശ്യംപോലെ വിഭാഗിച്ചുകൊടുക്കും.

36. പ്രബോധനപുത്രൻ എന്നു അർത്ഥമുള്ള ബർന്നബാസ് എന്നു അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാർ മറുപേർ വിളിച്ച കുപ്രദ്വീപുകാരനായ യോസേഫ്

37. എന്നൊരു ലേവ്യൻ തനിക്കുണ്ടായിരുന്ന നിലം വിറ്റു പണം കൊണ്ടുവന്നു അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരുടെ കാൽക്കൽ വെച്ചു.

1. And so, brothers and sisters, I could not speak to you as spiritual people, but rather as people of the flesh, as infants in Christ.

2. I fed you with milk, not solid food, for you were not ready for solid food. Even now you are still not ready,

3. for you are still of the flesh. For as long as there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not of the flesh, and behaving according to human inclinations?

4. For when one says, “I belong to Paul,” and another, “I belong to Apollos,” are you not merely human?

5. What then is Apollos? What is Paul? Servants through whom you came to believe, as the Lord assigned to each.

6. I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.

7. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.

8. The one who plants and the one who waters have a common purpose, and each will receive wages according to the labor of each.

9. For we are God’s servants, working together; you are God’s field, God’s building.

1. किन्तु हे भाईयों, मैं तुम लोगों से वैसे बात नहीं कर सका जैसे आध्यात्मिक लोगों से करता हूँ। मुझे इसके विपरीत तुम लोगों से वैसे बात करनी पड़ी जैसे सांसारिक लोगों से की जाती है। यानी उनसे जो अभी मसीह में बच्चे हैं।

2. मैंने तुम्हें पीने को दूध दिया, ठोस आहार नहीं; क्योंकि तुम अभी उसे खा नहीं सकते थे और न ही तुम इसे आज भी खा सकते हो

3. क्योंकि तुम अभी तक सांसारिक हो। क्या तुम सांसारिक नहीं हो? जबकि तुममें आपसी ईर्ष्या और कलह मौजूद है। और तुम सांसारिक व्यक्तियों जैसा व्यवहार करते हो।

4. जब तुममें से कोई कहता है, “मैं पौलुस का हूँ” और दूसरा कहता है, “मैं अपुल्लोस का हूँ” तो क्या तुम सांसारिक मनुष्यों का सा आचरण नहीं करते?

5. अच्छा तो बताओ अपुल्लोस क्या है और पौलुस क्या है? हम तो केवल वे सेवक हैं जिनके द्वारा तुमने विश्वास को ग्रहण किया है। हममें से हर एक ने बस वह काम किया है जो प्रभु ने हमें सौंपा था।

6. मैंने बीज बोया, अपुल्लोस ने उसे सींचा; किन्तु उसकी बढ़वार तो परमेश्वर ने ही की।

7. इस प्रकार न तो वह जिसने बोया, बड़ा है, और न ही वह जिसने उसे सींचा। बल्कि बड़ा तो परमेश्वर है जिसने उसकी बढ़वार की।

8. वह जो बोता है और वह जो सींचता है, दोनों का प्रयोजन समान है। सो हर एक अपने कर्मो के परिणामों के अनुसार ही प्रतिफल पायेगा।

9. परमेश्वर की सेवा में हम सब सहकर्मी हैं। तुम परमेश्वर के खेत हो। परमेश्वर के मन्दिर हो।

1. എന്നാൽ സഹോദരന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങളോടു എനിക്കു ആത്മികന്മാരോടു എന്നപോലെ അല്ല, ജഡികന്മാരോടു എന്നപോലെ, ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ ശിശുക്കളായവരോടു എന്നപോലെ അത്രേ സംസാരിപ്പാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ളു.

2. ഭക്ഷണമല്ല, പാൽ അത്രേ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു തന്നതു; ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു കഴിവില്ലായിരുന്നു; ഇപ്പോഴും കഴിവായിട്ടില്ല; ഇന്നും നിങ്ങൾ ജഡികന്മാരല്ലോ.

3. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ഈർഷ്യയും പിണക്കവും ഇരിക്കെ, നിങ്ങൾ ജഡികന്മാരും ശേഷം മനുഷ്യരെപ്പോലെ നടക്കുന്നവരുമല്ലയോ?

4. ഒരുത്തൻ: ഞാൻ പൌലൊസിന്റെ പക്ഷക്കാരൻ എന്നും മറ്റൊരുത്തൻ: ഞാൻ അപ്പൊല്ലോസിന്റെ പക്ഷക്കാരൻ എന്നും പറയുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ സാധാരണമനുഷ്യരല്ലയോ?

5. അപ്പൊല്ലോസ് ആർ? പൌലൊസ് ആർ? തങ്ങൾക്കു കർത്താവു നല്കിയതുപോലെ നിങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിപ്പാൻ കാരണമായിത്തീർന്ന ശുശ്രൂഷക്കാരത്രേ.

6. ഞാൻ നട്ടു, അപ്പൊല്ലോസ് നനെച്ചു, ദൈവമത്രേ വളരുമാറാക്കിയതു.

7. ആകയാൽ വളരുമാറാക്കുന്ന ദൈവമല്ലാതെ നടുന്നവനും നനെക്കുന്നവനും ഏതുമില്ല.

8. നടുന്നവനും നനെക്കുന്നവനും ഒരുപോലെ; ഓരോരുത്തന്നു താന്താന്റെ അദ്ധ്വാനത്തിന്നു ഒത്തവണ്ണം കൂലി കിട്ടും.

9. ഞങ്ങൾ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കൂട്ടുവേലക്കാർ; നിങ്ങൾ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കൃഷി, ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ഗൃഹനിർമ്മാണം.

32. And they went away in the boat to a deserted place by themselves.

33. Now many saw them going and recognized them, and they hurried there on foot from all the towns and arrived ahead of them.

34. As he went ashore, he saw a great crowd; and he had compassion for them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd; and he began to teach them many things.

35. When it grew late, his disciples came to him and said, “This is a deserted place, and the hour is now very late;

36. send them away so that they may go into the surrounding country and villages and buy something for themselves to eat.”

37. But he answered them, “You give them something to eat.” They said to him, “Are we to go and buy two hundred denarii worth of bread, and give it to them to eat?”

38. And he said to them, “How many loaves have you? Go and see.” When they had found out, they said, “Five, and two fish.”

39. Then he ordered them to get all the people to sit down in groups on the green grass.

40. So they sat down in groups of hundreds and of fifties.

41. Taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven, and blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before the people; and he divided the two fish among them all.

42. And all ate and were filled;

43. and they took up twelve baskets full of broken pieces and of the fish.

44. Those who had eaten the loaves numbered five thousand men. Jesus Walks on the Water

32. इसलिये वे अकेले ही एक नाव में बैठ कर किसी एकांत स्थान को चले गये।

33. बहुत से लोगों ने उन्हें जाते देखा और पहचान लिया कि वे कौन थे। इसलिये वे सारे नगरों से धरती के रास्ते चल पड़े और उनसे पहले ही वहाँ जा पहुँचे।

34. जब यीशु नाव से बाहर निकला तो उसने एक बड़ी भीड़ देखी। वह उनके लिए बहुत दुखी हुआ क्योंकि वे बिना चरवाहे की भेड़ों जैसे थे। सो वह उन्हें बहुत सी बातें सिखाने लगा।

35. तब तक बहुत शाम हो चुकी थी। इसलिये उसके शिष्य उसके पास आये और बोले, “यह एक सुनसान जगह है और शाम भी बहुत हो चुकी है।

36. लोगों को आसपास के गाँवों और बस्तियों में जाने दो ताकि वे अपने लिए कुछ खाने को मोल ले सकें।”

37. किन्तु उसने उत्तर दिया, “उन्हें खाने को तुम दो।” तब उन्होंने उससे कहा, “क्या हम जायें और दो सौ दीनार की रोटियाँ मोल ले कर उन्हें खाने को दें?”

38. उसने उनसे कहा, “जाओ और देखो, तुम्हारे पास कितनी रोटियाँ हैं?” पता करके उन्होंने कहा, “हमारे पास पाँच रोटियाँ और दो मछलियाँ हैं।”

39. फिर उसने आज्ञा दी, “हरी घास पर सब को पंक्ति में बैठा दो।”

40. तब वे सौ-सौ और पचास-पचास की पंक्तियों में बैठ गये।

41. और उसने वे पाँच रोटियाँ और दो मछलियाँ उठा कर स्वर्ग की ओर देखते हुए धन्यवाद दिया और रोटियाँ तोड़ कर लोगों को परोसने के लिए, अपने शिष्यों को दीं। और उसने उन दो मछलियों को भी उन सब लोगों में बाँट दिया।

42. सब ने खाया और तृप्त हुए।

43. और फिर उन्होंने बची हुई रोटियों और मछलियों से भर कर, बारह टोकरियाँ उठाईं।

44. जिन लोगों ने रोटियाँ खाईं, उनमे केवल पुरुषों की ही संख्या पांच हज़ार थी। यीशु का पानी पर चलना

32. അങ്ങനെ അവർ പടകിൽ കയറി ഒരു ഏകാന്ത സ്ഥലത്തു വേറിട്ടുപോയി.

33. അവർ പോകുന്നതു പലരും കണ്ടു അറിഞ്ഞു, എല്ലാ പട്ടണങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും കാൽനടയായി അവിടേക്കു ഓടി, അവർക്കു മുമ്പെ എത്തി.

34. അവൻ പടകിൽ നിന്നു ഇറങ്ങിയാറെ വലിയ പുരുഷാരത്തെ കണ്ടു, അവർ ഇടയൻ ഇല്ലാത്ത ആടുകളെപ്പോലെ ആകകൊണ്ടു അവരിൽ മനസ്സലിഞ്ഞു പലതും ഉപദേശിച്ചു തുടങ്ങി.

35. പിന്നെ നേരം നന്നേ വൈകീട്ടു ശിഷ്യന്മാർ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു; ഇതു നിർജ്ജനപ്രദേശം അല്ലോ;

36. നേരവും നന്നേ വൈകി; ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ ഇല്ലായ്കയാൽ അവർ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള കുടിലുകളിലും ഊരുകളിലും ചെന്നു ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ വല്ലതും കൊള്ളേണ്ടതിന്നു അവരെ പറഞ്ഞയക്കേണം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

37. അവൻ അവരോടു: “നിങ്ങൾ അവർക്കു ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ കൊടുപ്പിൻ" എന്നു കല്പിച്ചതിന്നു: ഞങ്ങൾ പോയി ഇരുനൂറു വെള്ളിക്കാശിന്നു അപ്പം കൊണ്ടിട്ടു അവർക്കു തിന്മാൻ കൊടുക്കയോ എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

38. അവൻ അവരോടു: “നിങ്ങൾക്കു എത്ര അപ്പം ഉണ്ടു? ചെന്നു നോക്കുവിൻ ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; അവർ നോക്കിട്ടു: അഞ്ചു, രണ്ടു മീനും ഉണ്ടു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

39. പിന്നെ അവൻ അവരോടു: എല്ലാവരെയും പച്ചപ്പുല്ലിൽ പന്തിപന്തിയായി ഇരുത്തുവാൻ കല്പിച്ചു.

40. അവർ നൂറും അമ്പതും വീതം നിരനിരയായി ഇരുന്നു.

41. അവൻ ആ അഞ്ചു അപ്പവും രണ്ടു മീനും എടുത്തു സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തേക്കു നോക്കി വാഴ്ത്തി, അപ്പം നുറുക്കി, അവർക്കു വിളമ്പുവാൻ തന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാർക്കു കൊടുത്തു; ആ രണ്ടു മീനും എല്ലാവർക്കും വിഭാഗിച്ചുകൊടുത്തു.

42. എല്ലാവരും തിന്നു തൃപ്തരായി.

43. കഷണങ്ങളും മീൻ നുറുക്കും പന്ത്രണ്ടു കൊട്ട നിറച്ചെടുത്തു.

44. അപ്പം തിന്നവരോ അയ്യായിരം പുരുഷാന്മാർ ആയിരുന്നു.
